Dr. Minh N. Ho

Our Medical Director, Dr. Minh N. Ho is double board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Ob / GYN. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. In 1982 he was accepted early to medical school after only two years of undergraduate education at the University of Miami. Having received his MD degree in 1986 at the same institution, he then completed the internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the internationally famous, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas under the mentorship of Dr. Norman Gant (Director of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology). In 1990 he relocated to San Diego and practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology with special interest in Infertility and Laser Laparoscopy. In 1994 he finished fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at the University of California, San Diego with Dr. Samuel Yen (Nobel Laureate Candidate). He also served as a Guest Scientist in Reproductive Medicine at the worldly recognized National Institutes of Health, Maryland, investigating the clinical effects of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Agonist. Currently Dr. Ho is an active member of the clinical faculty of the Reproductive Medicine Department at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Ho married to another Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Dr. Mylien Ho. They are proud parents of Vincent, Amy, and Nathaniel. He enjoys writing poems and short stories, composing music, computer programming (this website is designed by Dr. Ho himself), koi fish keeping, gardening and especially spending time with his wife and children.
